Refunds prior to uniform ordering may be refunded $65 regional fee minus processing fee and any other occurred cost for the region. Refunds prior to first practice will be $65 regional fee minus uniform expenses, processing fee, and any other occurred cost for the region.

All refunds will be issued at the discretion of the regional board of Lakeview A.Y.S.O. Region 1224.
